Executive Assistant / Administrative Support

 

The professionals will perform all office support tasks and functions such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, records file maintenance, making and preparing travel arrangements, monitor inventory and maintain visitor logs.

SKILLS NEEDED

 

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite

 

Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate tasks, appointments, calendars and projects.

 

Ability to scan, index, validate, verify, and save documents with 100% image retention.

 

Experience in office supply and inventory management.

 

Courteous and strong customer service skills via phone, email, and face-to-face.

 

Ability to manage time efficiently in accordance with organizational priorities.

 

Possess a working knowledge of AF or other Department of Defense entity administrative procedures
