Currently we are looking for a Cyber Security Analyst Engineer to join our group. The professional will support the assessment and authorization (A&A) for IT systems. Experience is needed in one or more of the following Risk Management Framework (RMF) steps: categorization, select controls, implement controls, Assess controls. Authorize systems, and Monitor systems.
ROLE:
Conduct information system security Certification & Assessment / Assessment & Authorization tasks.
Identify key stakeholders in A&A efforts and ensure system documentation reflects current system security configurations to include hardware and software components, data flow, interconnections, and ports, protocols, and services.
Implement and ensure appropriate security controls are in place.
Conduct teviews of all vulnerabilities, architecture and report findings in POA&Ms document.
Analyze, interpret, and apply Federal cybersecurity guidance
Implement RMF and NIST controls
SKILLS NEEDED:
3-5 years of Cyber Security experience
Experience with POA&Ms, SSP (System Security Plan).
Experience implementing RMF and NIST controls
Experience is needed in one or more of the following Risk Management Framework (RMF) steps: categorization, select controls, implement controls, Assess controls. Authorize systems, and Monitor systems.
Current one of the following certifications: GSEC, Security+, SCNP or SSCP certifications
US TOP SECRET clearance is required
Must be U.S. Citizen
